Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter!

September 8, 2015 by Michelle Leave a Comment

Crock-Pot-Pumpkin-ButterFall will be here before we know it, and that means it’s time to break out our favorite pumpkin recipes! I love fall for many reasons, but food ranks pretty high on the list.

This Crock Pot Pumpkin Butter recipe is so easy to make, and it doesn’t disappoint! I love to serve it with hot biscuits… so good!

This also makes a great gift for friends and family. Dress up a mason jar with fall ribbon. Add a cute gift tag and you’re good to go!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, and set temperature to low.

2. Allow to cook for approximately 5 hours, stirring occasionally.

3. Spoon pumpkin butter into jars and let cool completely in the refrigerator before using.

Note: Pumpkin butter may be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freezer for up to 6 months.

Enjoy!
