We went for our 2-Year well check on Wednesday with our new pediatrician (#3, but who’s counting). We made a great choice… what a great doctor, and the practice is open 7 days a week! How great is that??? We have been very fortunate thus far. Our kids are very healthy and rarely get sick. I’m sure part of that is due to my germ-o-phobia. Yes, I am a psycho germ-o-phobe, largely because when one gets sick at my house, SEVEN get sick at my house. It’s not fun, so yes, I’m a FREAK about it. We hibernate a lot… don’t do a lot of playdates, steer clear of the Chuck E Cheese’s, etc. I’m the crazy lady with loads of Purell and mini Lysol cans in her purse. I know, I’m a nut, but it’s working so I’m not ashamed. On to our 2-Year stats….
Luke
26.6lbs (25%)
35 1/2 inches (75%)
Aidan
30.6lbs (70%)
35 1/2 inches (75%)
Liam
28.4lbs (40%)
37 1/4 inches (>97%)
All the boys are super healthy and are developing normally. I sure wish they would talk more… well, at least in words that I know what they are saying! They ‘talk’ all the time, but it’s still jibberish in my vocabulary. They understand EVERYTHING so this is a one-sided disconnect. Noah & Eli have their well-checks next week, so stay tuned for those stats too.
I’ll leave you with a few more shots from the neighborhood park. These pics were taken last week before our monsoon rains (LOVING the rain, btw).

January 22, 2010 at 9:04 pmGREAT check up boys. I know exactly what you mean about being paranoid about everyone getting sick. When you have a large household a simple cold is HELL! Those pictures are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!
