A fellow triplet mom had to bury her 6-month-old baby boy today. While I do not know the family personally, triplet parents share an incredible bond. There are hundreds of triplet families wearing orange today, all in support of Owen Bissing.
Owen went to sleep on May 22nd, but was found unresponsive in his crib shortly thereafter. I can not begin to imagine the pain that his family is feeling right now. I just hope and pray that they can find peace knowing that he is in a better place. Owen leaves behind his triplet siblings, a big brother, and two amazing parents, who found it in their hearts to save the lives of 3 people through the loss of their son.
Owen’s family has asked that we honor him by wearing orange. Each of the Bissing triplets has their own color, and Owen’s was orange.
Rest in Peace Baby Owen… I will never look at the color orange again, without thinking of you, and the many people you touched during your short time here on earth.
