What is it with 3-year-olds and scissors??? I have read countless blogs and Facebook posts recently about crazy toddlers cutting their hair, as well as their siblings hair. I haven’t introduced the art of scissory to my littles yet, and I have no plans to anytime soon. Not my boys! We’ll stick to macaroni necklaces, stickers, and crayons.
I should mention that they have seen ME use the scissors countless times (something to do with my couponing addiction), and I guess they are paying attention. I’ve had a few instances recently where I’ve caught one of them red handed with my forbidden scissors. Yes, I keep them up high in a cabinet, but there are very few safe zones in this house anymore. They are excellent furniture movers these days, and let’s face it, there are 3 of them!
I happened to find this enlightening bit of evidence on my camera. Liam is very fond of photography these days (worthy of a post on its own). I’m not sure who it is in the photograph, but I am 99% certain that it’s Liam BEHIND the camera. I might add that my camera is also kept up high, and is also forbidden, seems how he broke my last one. I have no idea when this was taken, nor do I know where they found this ribbon!
